Product Description

Yeah, this battery-powered combo is pretty tiny. But there's nothing micro about the MICRO CUBE RX's sound... or its features! You won't believe all the cool stuff Roland packed into this 4-speaker combo. Start with eight different amp models. That's right - eight different amps inside this little guy. Plus, you get six awesome effects, a built-in tuner, and even a Rhythm Guide, which helps you learn to keep time like a pro. You can even plug in your favorite music player and jam along. This portable amp is a huge bargain!

This is an awesome amp. Great for tagging along and providing bunches of stuff you would normally want for practice (tuner, drum machine, etc.) It really has it all and it is two channel so you can pump your mp3 player or bass trainer in one side and jam on the other. I has amp models as well so you crank up what you want. Runs on batteries for over 10 hours. Not very heavy (about your Fender in a hard case. Uses a strap to tote it (I would get strap locks for peace of mind.) I can't think of anything else I would want, especially at the price they are selling them. Gets pretty loud and can really get down and growl. Blows the headphone dealyos completely away. Find a nice spot, plug in, strap on, and jam. Works best placed on a picnic table or even with the guitar so you can adjust all the knobs and get some good feedback. It's a rocker for sure!

The Micro Cube RX is a convenient little amp with great features. I use it alone as a practice amp and as input to my PA when performing. I really like being able to switch from the clean jazz setting when I'm doing tunes from the swing era to the acoustical simulator when doing country, folk or classical tunes. When I want to bend the strings a bit the blues setting works great. The Micro Cube has turned out to be a relatively inexpensive way for me to add a lot of variety to my performances.

Cool amp. Light. Runs on batteries and considering that, it packs a serious sound.

Wow, never owned a Roland before. I can't believe the sound and effects you can get out of this amp that can run on six AA batteries. Use it more now than my twin twelve.
