Finally heard back from Roller Derby CS and they are sending us a replacement pair. I have updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars thanks to the great - although a bit slower than I’m used to - customer service and resolution. Hopefully the new pair last a bit longer.
These seemed great when we first got them for our 6yr old son for his birthday because he wanted to learn to roller blade but after only 2 short times using them we went to put them on and the plastic clamps to tighten/loosen the roller blades cracked and broke off making them unusable. Contacted the manufacturer via email - no response. Called the CS line and talked to another rep who asked for photos of the product - sent the email and haven’t heard anything. You get what you pay for apparently…
