Gracie is now a college freshman, studying hard to make her mom proud but also needing to know her birth father. Brady is her best friend whom she met at college but he's in love with her and doesn't know how to express it. Their friendship is endearing and lovely. Brady is an atypical hero - clumsy, not totally put together, but with a heart of gold and romance. This book is short, a novella length, but I wish the characters had been a bit more developed and Gracie's sudden turnabout in her feelings for Brady had been addressed in more detail. Their romance, like their friendship, is sweet, comfortable, and so innocent. I really did like Izzy and Chase's presence in the book, which gave me the opportunity to continue to get to know them better as a couple.
Anyone who enjoys clean contemporary romance that brings two best friends together would enjoy this book. I was given a copy of the book by the author. I was not required to write a favorable review. All comments and opinions are solely my own.
Friends falling in love is such a wonderful theme in romantic fiction. And in real life, too! Here this beloved trope is handled so skillfully by author Liwen Ho. She captures the comfort and trust that best friends have, and what happens when one of the friends begins to wish for more.
Romantically Ever After is such a sweet novella. There are growing pains that the characters go through which make for a compelling read, but it never feels too full of angst. I found the pacing well done throughout, and the characters were fully realized.
Gracie and Brady are such a relatable, endearing pair. As a reader, you find yourself rooting for their happily ever after because they’re such a perfect match for one another.
It was lovely to see a couple from a previous story (Chasing Romance), Izzy and Chase, having supporting roles in this installation of Welcome to Romance.
Disclosure: I was provided with an advanced reader copy of this story to review.

I loved being back in Romance! And Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to be there! It was fun to see Chase and Izzy again and find out how they are doing. It’s always fun to see old friends!
I received a complimentary copy of the book, which I voluntarily reviewed. I have given my honest opinion.
