I loved Room For You the first book in the Cranberry Inn Series, the end of that book, not so much. So I patiently waited for Beth to finish Room For More and to see where she was going to take us the readers, but most importantly the characters who had become a part of me.
And Beth didn't disappoint me. She made me laugh (the barn scene, O.M.G! I will never look at the color navy the same way,) she made me cry (Kacie outside the Inn on her knees,) she filled me with tenderness (the twinkies calling Brody daddy.) Most importantly she made me feel, the pain, the anguish, the laughs, and the tears became mine, because that's how much she made me care for and love every single one of her characters.
Kacie is still loving and caring and always putting her girls first, but now she's doubting herself for the first time in years, second guessing herself and her decisions with Zach in the picture. The twinkies are still adorable and playful and full of love, not only for their mom but they star showing that innocent, unconditional love that only children can give to Brody, and it melts your heart.
But to me the real star of this book is Brody, not because he's handsome or because he has a sexy career (yes, I think hockey players are insanely sexy) but because the love and vulnerability he shows for those he loves, because throughout the book he puts his loved ones first knowing that his own future is on the line.
Alexa, Lauren, Sophia, Fred, Adam, Viper and the rest of the gang were not forgotten, they were well developed and every single one of them occupied a special place within storyline. RFM was also written in dual point of views, which let you understand and see where each of the main characters was heading.

Room for More is the highly anticipated sequel to Room for You, the book that left us dangling from that proverbial cliff with the reappearance of the “angelf*cker”, Zach. But even with the unknown that now loomed ahead, I still felt all warm and fuzzy for Brody (sa-woon) Murphy and Kacie (don’t you wish she was your best friend) Jensen. And who could forget those adorable Twinkies?! And Fred!!!

Beth Ehemann has proved in her second novel that she continues to be the triple threat of Contemporary Romance. She had me laughing (the LOL kind), crying (multiple tissues required) and swooning (gasp, sigh, hand over heart), and never breaking her stride from one chapter to the next. But did I mention my head was spinning and my heart was aching? You know that burning feeling you get in your gut when your stomach drops and your heart stops? Yup, Beth makes us work for this one. Just when I thought I had it all figured out, she surprised me at each turn making the journey to a HEA for Brody and Kacie never dull and certainly never predictable. I officially crown her “Queen of the Blindside”.

Returning in full force is the amazing cast of characters that we fell in love with in Room for You with the addition of a new stand out that will leave a lasting impression. Between the testosterone filled locker room banter with Viper and the bromance between Brody and Andy, the guys are back in full force. There is no less supportive motherly advice from Brody and Kacie’s Moms as well as the amazing steadfast sisterly love between Kacie and her BFF’s, Lauren and Alexa. The attachment I already felt towards these characters has now been further cemented to my heart and I pray Beth gives us more. I miss them already.

As for the ending, it is nothing short of spectacular with flawless execution that left me oh so satisfied, my heart full and a huge smile on my face (and I may have hugged my Kindle too). Sigh.

I loved Room for More, more!

We met Kacie and Brody in Room For You. She was a young mother of twin girls with major trust issues after being abandoned by the twins' father, Zach. Brody was a sweet, loveable, professional hockey player that fell for her and the girls. He had to fight her resistance, but kept pushing Kacie until she gave him a real chance. And he finally won over her heart and the girls too.

"You're too good to be real."~Kacie
"Nope, I'm real and I'm all yours."~Brody

Just as their lives are in a good place, a surprise reappearance sends shock waves into Kacie's life. Her ex Zach is back and works as an EMT at the same hospital where she is a nursing student so he is unavoidable. So previously in control Kacie is now faced with anxiety and a decision to make. And we finally get to hear Zach's side of the story and find out why he made the decision that changed their lives.

(Quote) Not quite a spark and not quite nothing. It was history. Good or bad, I shared something with him that I didn't share with any other person on this planet, not even Brody.

Brody is under some stress himself professionally as the hockey season starts and with his own family. I fell for Brody in the first book and even more so in this one. He is so kind, loving, generous, sexy and romantic. He does not act like a big hockey star, but is real, passionate, and caring. He is totally swoon worthy. It broke my heart to see him struggle in this one.

And we have seen some growth in Kacie from the first book and she has become more confidant, strong, open, and is learning to live again. But she still is affected at times by fears and insecurities. And her decisions not only affect herself, but also her girls and her family.
