Hazel Kelly is a new to me author but I am telling you I will definitely be reading more of her books. Five stars easy!!!!
Minus the sex scenes it almost has a YA feel to it because everyone is very nice.
The step brother has strong feelings for his step sister and moves to a completely different state to try and subside his lustful feelings. The main female character travels to New York to follow her dreams of being a ballet dancer and is told my her step father to room with her hot step brother during her auditions. She has been in love with him since the day they met and tries restraining herself. Days together and building tensions, a drunken night leads to something they cant take back.
Will they make it? Forget it ever happened? What about if their parents find out?
In this hot and steamy romance find out what happens in this forbidden love.
Ethan was sexy and cocky, all in a good way. He didn't hold back on what he felt or wanted and that was nice in a book for once.
The action doesn't come for a while, but when it does, it's worth the wait.
I enjoyed this couple's story. Ethan and Jen were likeable, Ethan was really hot, and I liked the way they supported and encouraged each other. I did feel that as adults they spent too much time stressing out about the fact that they were step sibling who were attracted to each other. After all, they weren't blood-related and they were adults now. I have read other books about step siblings who became romantically involved. This one views the situation from a different perspective.
It is quick and easy to read, with enough drama to give a little depth but keep you hooked in the story.
