The rubber on the temple ends of the glasses kept sliding off but superglue fixed that problem.
The leather from one of the "blinders" tore away from one of the rivets but I was able to fix it. The "blinders" are removable so If I couldn't fix it I would just remove them. I say "blinders" because the leather pieces on the temples of the glasses reminds me of the blinders that go on horses and they also block part of my peripheral vision. Technically they're called side shields.
The lanyard is rubbish, I took it off and threw it away.
The leather piece on the bridge of the glasses irritates me but it can be removed so I removed it. Some people might not mind it but I do.
The lenses are dark but the picture doesn't show that feature very well. Believe me, dark lenses are good where I live.
The box says anti-fog and anti-scratch which seems to be true so far. Oils from skin do smudge the lenses very easily. I find myself constantly taking off the sunglasses and wiping the smudges off.
The box says "Glacier Glasses" but where I live is very hot. They still have their uses though. The side shields help prevent dust, dirt, and grass from getting in my eyes when I mow and the dark lenses are great protection against the sun which seems to be out all the time.
Aside from a few issues I had with them, I like them. They weren't that expensive so I didn't expect much and I was actually pleasantly surprised. A good alternative to the more expensive brands.
Edit: After four months the right temple broke on them. This wouldn't have happened if it wasn't made of cheap plastic. I guess the next pair of glasses I get like this are going to be from Julbo or some other brand. I'm certainly not going to get plastic ones this time.

Inexpensive and work great with sand and dust blowing around in high winds, some people even say they look like shades from Riddick and Book of Eli.Published 16 days ago by jeremy apple
