Alex is in the town of Destiny to help with the recovery after a tornado hit the town. She is not a skinny and starved looking woman. She has curves and is sexy. Alex's biggest issue is her attitude. Alex does not know what to do with Jeff and Kane when they turn their attentions toward her.
The sex scenes were scorching. Alex struggles to pick one of the men and comes up with a great solution, to share her with both. The chemistry between Alex, Jeff, and Kane is blistering. I love how the three of them resolve their issues with each other.
Rough and Ready is the fourth book in the Men for Hire: Cowboys series by Jane Jamison. While this book is part of a series, it can be read and enjoyed as a standalone novel. I found this book well written. The main and secondary characters are interesting and unique. Overall, this was a wonderful book.
