Product Description

Ink2Docs Digital writing is an innovative technology that enables handwriting to be automatically captured with a digital pen that recognizes a pattern of small dots printed as a background on real paper Print ANY document from ANY application on ANY paper and get INSTANT PDFs of the document that includes your handwritten information! Pen and paper will always be an effective way to collect and communicate information. With Ink2Docs entering handwritten data into your computer systems is quick and easy! Simply write on a document and instantly get a digital copy that contains your handwritten information. Ink2Docs instantly captures your handwriting electronically as you write allowing you to eliminate the need to scan documents. It is faster than scanning, creating tens or even hundreds of document copies instantly. It is inherently mobile, eliminating the need to transport documents to a scanner. It does not require that multiple pages be fed into it in a precise order, and creates complete multi-page PDFs or TIFFs at download. It never loses documents, automatically keeps track of revision history and automatically updates digital documents to the current copy of the physical sheet of paper. And digital writing is more natural and mobile than capturing handwriting with other capture methods like a signature pad or a stylus on a computer screen, because you're using a real pen on real paper. Optionally, to automatically manage, share, and control the digital copies or pass them along to other document management, workflow, or processing applications.

We learned about Ink2docsInk2Docs from a business referral, and the power of the technology for note taking, archiving, retrieval, and document sharing, in addition to its power of translating handwriting to usable digital text or numbers. It exceeds our expectations. We use the application for gathering customer information in the field from property inspections, taklng notes in meetings, reviewing job sites and progress where we have adapted our forms and checklists, and even gathering marketing related information. We are't sure where this kind of technology is headed, but Ink2docs offers a powerful solution. The time, labor savings, elimination of multi part forms, no more scan or fax, Ink2docs is truly an amazing solution. Their customer service team had quick turnaround and training so we could adapt forms ourselves, a pleasant surprise. We plan to buy more for staff.Their web site has some videos that show how it works.
