Received the item and it was clearly not new. The front was peeling and had spots of mildew. The sleeve "Roxy" was almost completely peeled off. The tag on the inside of the shirt had been cut off by someone. Very disappointed.

This runs so small! We had this shirt in a 12 month already which my daughter is soon going to outgrown so I bought a 2T (she will be 2 in August). I compared the 12 month and 2t and the 2t has longer arms but the body is much smaller than the 12 month and is already too tight for her. The head hole is so small I could barely get it around her head. Wondering is I need a 3t instead or just give up on this shirt?

Using the size chart for rash guards I bought a size two . Height 5'3"-5'5", Weight 100-120,Chest 30.5-32.5, Waist 23-25
But Clearly what arrived was a baby size two. It could fit a doll.
