After selling in hand packed zip lock bags for a few years, we introduced the Tom Douglas Rub with Love rub line in 1999. Way to salty and the sugar content doesn't allow you to grill over direct heat. Very disappointed. Not able to return. I would rather make my own spice rub to control what's in it and that way, it's fresh every time.

I think my favorite is the salmon rub, but they are all good. My salmon comes out so good I don't ever want to order it in restaurants anymore.... because I'll be disappointed! I bought this three pack so I could try a few different ones. I cook on a wood pellet grill and combined with these rubs I am practically a grilling genius to my friends. Anyone can cook with these and not screw it up unless you char the meat. Get a wood pellet grill and with these you can't go wrong!
