I'm posting a pic of it with the dough (right after the initial room temp 2hr rise) next to a regular can of soda (12 fl oz) for size reference. Don't forget, IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE LID. It needs to be purchased separately.
It seems to come up just a tiny bit past the 4 qt line after the 2hr room temp rise, but I guess it's good to have more wiggle room.
The only issue I have is the pic looks like there's a lid and there isn't. Not only that but the lid is more than 3 times the cost of the container. I'm guessing it's because the lid material is a different, read: more expensive, softer material.
I know it doesn't specifically say it comes with a lid and we know about assuming.
Color me frustrated because how can I get upset with Amazon because I assumed instead of reading the entire description? Grrr..
