Cute but needs tweaking

Cute costume, but the ears are flimsy. I hotglued some wire in the creases to try to make them more sturdy. I got an XL but I would highly suggest sizing up for a Lab. She’s about 75-80lbs, and it was snug. Still so adorable!

It's a great product..... but the size charts are OFF! I have a 25lb pug. Not fat, just a bigger, toned pug. He is 15in from tail to neck. When he sits, he is 13in from floor to neck. The small was TOO small. I sent it back in return for a medium. The medium was TOO big... but it CAN be altered. The pictures are what I did to make this costume work. 1. Added sticky Velcro to where the back of the neck should connect. It happened to line up with the ends of the 2 Velcro strips already on there. I just extended past the strips a little. 2. Safety pinned the legs together on the back, until I find the time to sew it! I just bunched them up enough so he didn't trip on them when he walked. 3. I cut some trim off the feet and head piece. The picture with him in it was before I trimmed the fabric. Huge feet right???? Ha. The costume looks great now! Just a little tailoring. probably 10 minutes.

This costume is extremely poorly made and only barely looks like the picture... all the edges are surged instead of being finished properly, and the ears look nothing like the photo... luckily it is cheap and will function for the one time we wanted the dog to wear it but I doubt it will last much longer than that...

headpiece fail

the body is fine on this costume. although i will still say their sizing is all over the place. the medium fit my cats body perfect but the head piece was huge. the body construction was decent quality, but the head piece was thin and cheap. i wish they had made it a full head piece that closed with velcro v.s. an elastic band. the head piece was way too big. but it was a cute idea.
