Fits as expected on my 1yo son. He is about 24lbs and 2.5ft and moves around a lot. This costume was easy to put on. It encloses in the front via square pieces of velcro. This makes the costume more breathable which is important to me because my son moves around a lot. Halloween in Hawaii is celebrated in "summer-like" temperatures (80--90s) so I wanted a light and movable costume. The 2nd costume piece is a headpiece, also enclosed via velcro. It doesn't get in the way of movement but my son noticed it as soon as we put it on his head. He wanted it off.
One thing I noticed was brown-tinged stains (see pictures) on the costume. I think the dye accidentally transferred on. It doesn't smell like mold....
