My dog isn’t a fan but I love It. Everyone that saw her thought It was amazing. Getting any clothes for a daschund is difficult since they have long bodies and stumpy legs but this one fit pretty well.

My girl is used to my antics at this point. Lol

Pictured is my dog Winifred. Named after Winifred Sanderson, so she obviously had to go as her for Halloween! I did measure her due to her being a bulldog and things not always fitting properly on their shape.

She measured at the maximum measurement for the largest size available and as you can see, it fits like a glove. Definitely measure your pup for the perfect fit. Super cute!

Side note: she is 46 lbs

My little Aussie is very lean fits a small BUT because she is so long 21inch I always have to get her a large to cover her butt otherwise shirts look like crop tops on her and dresses look like shirts on her so I buy her clothes in a size Large and tailor them to her fit this costume was the perfect length for her and snug I didn’t have to make any Alterations!! Although I was very happy with this costume and I gave it all the stars I’m pretty sure anyone else that ordered this in a size large with an actual large size dog would not have been happy with this dress, I got lucky because my dog is long like a large dog but she’s very thin so this just happened to be a small super long dress that worked out perfectly for us
