Jen's book is full of valuable information, and she writes in a concise and conversational style that makes her book easy to read and her instructions easy to follow. I'll continue to follow Jen through her journey as an Ironman, because there is always something new to learn from her; she never stops learning and making herself a stronger athlete. The biggest lesson I've learned from Jen is that training for a marathon or a triathlon is more than a hobby, it's a lifestyle. Whether you've always wanted register for a triathlon but don't know where to start or you're a seasoned athlete, there is something for you in this book. A lot of people don't know how much strength training improves your performance. You won't be disappointed!
