This is great! Motivated cadence and the CD was in perfect condition, in its original case and was true to its description. To the seller's credit, fast shipping and packaged well in a sturdy, protective cardboard box. 100% satisfied and definitely a great deal at the price.
Not very moto, but actually kind of funny. I could not take this CD seriously even though I thought it would help on my little humps--get the other version.
I knew most of these cadences from boot camp, but a few were missing that I wish would have been included. Since I've changed my running style I've noticed the pacing is too slow, but I used a program to speed up the tracks. This allows me to use the cadence for my new tempo, allowing me to use them on all my runs. Motivating!
