It is, as stated, "Running a Food Truck for Dummies" so if you are expecting advanced information, you might be disappointed. However, as a Novice, I felt as thought his book was very informative and well worth reading. I had an opportunity to speak to a Food Truck/Trailer Entrepreneur who is quite successful in the field and he actually recommended that I pick this book up as it is one that he has used in the past and felt it had quite a good amount of value.

After purchasing and reading "RFTfD" it has opened my eyes to the traveling food business and made me realize something's I had not even considered.

NOTE: If you are someone who loves colored illustrations, etc. this book will leave you wanting, but the way that it is laid out is most definitely easy to follow, henceforth... For Dummies!
