Top customer reviews
The author, Tim Noakes is the quintessential authority on the science of running as an ultrarunner and M.D. and Director of Exercise Science and Sports Medicine . Simple charts help isolate and self-diagnose and then treat your injury and the text explains how to prevent a reoccurance.
Most of the topics are covered in Lore of Running - If you already have that book, there is no need to buy this one.
The only drawback in this book is that the illustrations and photographs could have been better.
