Had a glitch in Runtastic Connect - Now fixed. Read all the post

Today October 11:
Today, I got an email telling me that the glitch in runtastic connect has been fixed. I connected the watch and yes, it was fixed. Because of this, I will revise my rating from a one to a 4. I really like the watch. I am currently in africa and it is doing its job fantastically - at least for now.
Prior problem that earn then a one star:
Used this for a couple of weeks with no problems at all. I even traveled to Africa - and it was working there too. But suddenly, it stopped uploading my activities. I wrote their customer support and this is what i got this morning. See the problems that I presented to them - their tech support answer comes after the first three exchanges:

Since yesterday - Runtastic GPS connect fails to upload data to runtastic.com. It recognizes the watch when I connect it, starts the process of loading and returns with the message "session upload failed". I clean the connection pin area on the watch but nothing happens. Very frustrating.

I wanted to add that I have uninstalled and reinstalled runtastic connect twice and the problem persists.

Also - long lasting problem that I have never been able to fix. My weight is 67 kg or 150 lbs. In Runtastic, i have 67 lbs instead of kb, and everytime I try to change it from 67lbs to 150 lbs, it does not change. Nothing happens. Frustrating.

I can assure you that I would try to explain any way possible if I would see a solution. But it really seems like this is a bug within our software.
When reporting a bug, our quality assurance department has to review the report first, before it will be forwarded to our development team. It takes time to reproduce the issue in order to isolate the problem, but this is necessary to find, understand and fix a bug.
I understand how this can be annoying but unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed up the process for your request. While I do understand the nature of your email (believe me, I have sent several emails such as yours to other companies), I am simply not in the position to assist you further, until I receive feedback on this issue.
