Presented here are sixty paintings taken from the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and the State Russian Museum in Leningrad which toured the United States in 1987. Some of the artists represented are: Ilya Repin, Vasili Serov, Ivan Kramskoi, Ivan Shishkin, Aleksei Savrasov, Isaak Levitan Valentin Serov and others.
