Will Ruin Aluminum, Painted Crankcases, Sprockets, and More

Don't let anyone tell you any different, every piece of aluminum, metallic paint, galvanized hose fitting, lightly finished rear sets, brake handles , and possibly more will be etched by this product. I'd seen a white haze on bits of my first Ducati after using this and I felt like it was because I hadn't finished it enough. I switched to bike brite later and didn't have the issue. I bought a gallon of this stuff years later and sprayed it on my new Honda. Now I have white haze all over my crank case, the gold finish on my wheels looks damaged, the rear set looks terrible, the aluminum radiators are clearly damaged. I'll keep the gallon around to spray on my drive way to clean it before pressure washing but it's never going on a vehicle of mine again.

I was told about this stuff by a friend. It was sounded too good to be true. He said to simply spray this on my motorcycle, wait just a minute or two, then hose it off. He said to make sure my bike was cool, not hot. So that's what I did. It's just as he said. Simple and quick.

With a spray, you can get it into all the hard-to-reach cracks and crevices. Wrapping my intake with plastic took about 2 minutes. Spraying this on took maybe 5 minutes. Then spraying it off took about 1 minute. I wiped it down for another 5 minutes. So the whole "ritual" took less than 15 minutes. With this stuff making it so easy, I clean my bike way more often!

Now... if my wheels are really bad, I do have to pre-treat them and lightly brush them. And if the bugs are really bad and dry on my windscreen, I will need a very small bit of extra cleaning after the S100 wash. But that's really about it for me.

Highly recommended.

We have a friend who gifted us a few bottle of this once he closed down his bike shop and seeing how easy it is to use, we’ve purchased it since then. Over and over. Then we found the gallon+ size. Yay! I insisted on having a light interior in my car since we live in Hawaii and vehicles overheat easily, and this stuff can clean those scratched up plastic entry panels to like new state. It also made my light grey leather seats cleaner than I even thought they could be and we no longer use the back of the seat protective covers because this stuff gets EVERYTHING out. Stop reading. Buy it!

While this may work fantastic for motorcycles, by marketing it only for motorcycles, they are ignoring a multitude of new customers. I dont own a motorcycle. I bought this to use under my hood as an engine bay cleaner. I have a 2016 M3 i bought in Oct 2015. This is its first under hood wash, and i live in a very wet climate (rain and dirt sprayed from cars in front of me). The engine bay looks brand new. Also used on my wheelwells. Really outstanding product. Too bad they chose such a lousy name and market it so poorly, as it deserves to be used on every kind of vehicle.

I first used this product when Honda packaged this as Hondabrite. I just purchased the big container of s100. S100 works so well and does not hurt plastics or polished metal while removing dirt and grim. I use this in a repurposed emptied spray foaming bottle of CLR kitchen and bath. Make sure what ever you are using s100 on is cold and not in sunlight. I will use a wet microfiber mitt and a brush and rinse off. This works great on bikes but it also does such a nice job in the engine bay of any vehicle I've used on. A foaming spray apparatus will help extend the use of the product.

Product was recommended by my bike mechanic, the guy always sends my machines back looking great and super clean. So I bought a five liter bottle and separate spray cap to fit. Unlike other reviews the spray cap worked fine, but the product provided only average results on my cleaning job. To be fair I did wash five fairly muddy ATVs/UTVs in about 2 hours with this product, but I was hoping I would spray and rinse and come out looking like what the bike mechanic delivers to me. Well that did not happen and the vehicles all took additional drying/wiping to get them looking decent, and in some situations where I thought the product was ideally suited (suspension parts, frame) it left residue, not much better than just pressure washing. So maybe my quads were to dirty to start with, I'll try again on a job that's not so aggressive, but at this point I kind of feel its hard to justify the price of this cleaner.

Excellent stuff! I highly recommend buying the sprayer attachment that fits the 5L bottle. It's very hard to pour this stuff into another container without spilling some. It's very easy to use and you can spray it on every surface. It brought the "like new" look back to my bike. I have attached a photo of my 2015 Harley after S100.

I love this stuff and it works. I hate cleaning my bike. I think I’d rather clean a school bus (ok not really). There’s so many hard to reach and knuckle busting areas on a bike that can really make it quite a chore. To me. But S100? Just buy a really good spray bottle, fill it with this, completely cover a cool bike out of direct sunlight and hose off with water. I use my pressure washer cause I don’t have real good pressure from my well. That’s it!!! Then grab the old leaf blower and give it a nice cut and style 😂😂😂 I really do use the leaf blower to dry it 👍

Been using S100 products (especially this one) for 35 years. I'm a big fan obviously, and my bikes ( like new 85 & 99 ) are testament. This stuff does exactly what it claims to do, plain and simple. After decades of reading about occasional folk having bad experiences and alternatives they try, I'm a little mystified why. Read the instructions. When local supplies "dried up", I came here. Price seems competitive, fast delivery. I wouldn't use and recommend this brand for 35 years if it didn't work. But that's just my experience, I stick with what I like.

Plus it made my new tires look weather beaton. If you do decide to try, put it on a wheel and tire before putting on your bike.
