Think you can roll up on me in the Walmart parking lot like dat, like I'm a sucka. Nope. I grab my pepper spray from under my seat, crack down my window and pop you right in the eyes. How you like me now?!? Rolling around on the ground screaming like a little girl. Lucky I didn't back over yo ass. I carry and could have popped you in self-defense. But, it's too risky these days when I can just gel your face and you down for the count. Don't rub it, makes it worse. Drag your white ass home and shower up, you stink. And, get a job. I recommend this product for people who want to save lives. Don't shoot'em. Red pepper gel their face and drive away calmly. If you want, you can practice a UFC rounder kick to the head before you move along, as an exclamation point. Peace & Love, not guns.

Hurts like hell, probably hurt the idiot more though. Some things to take note of however.

Bought for myself, my partner & my roommate. Had to use on some stupid crackhead who was running his mouth and threatening to kill and lunging at people. It incapacitated him temporarily, but people can get back up. Spray and get away from your perp. However there was some blowback, got a bit in my eye and I can assure you that tiny bit burned like hell, affected my vision and even partially my breathing. If you plan on carrying pepper spray with you, PLEASE buy SUDECON wipes and carry those with you as well! You will be thankful.
The guy got an entire face and eye full of it, was spewing up snot and crying while continuing to scream at people. Pepper spray will not completely incapacitate someone 100% of the time, use it and get to safety immediately. If you feel you must use more force, kick their head as soon as they go down, if they go down. Do not engage further, they can wipe it on you, purposefully or accidentally.
This is a stream first then a slight mist, so there will be blowback if there is wind. Always have a backup item for self defense. Would not recommend using this on a windy day or if you are in an enclosed area with other bystanders (spraying bystanders can land you in jail regardless of if there is a real and present danger to you or those around you)
The "quick release" clip takes some getting used to, you have to mash a button and pull it out. If its cold out and you're wearing gloves, it will be very difficult to get off a keychain/bag. If your fingers are incapable of quickly pressing the quick release, do not use it, store it in your pocket instead or be able to equip it without worrying about having to un-attach it. It will be useless if you can't get it out in time.
The safety isn't the best so be weary when handling it, treat it like you would any other dangerous projectile weapon (like, a gun) keep it away from your face. The safety can sometimes slide to the "on" position. The cannister itself is very slim, if it is dark at night and you can't see it well you will have to take extra caution to make sure you're aiming it in the right direction.
SABRE, I'd love to buy a compact cannister with a pistol grip/thumb grip on it to help with aiming and knowing which direction you're pointing it.
Reader, please take this into caution. Situational awareness will help you more than pepper spray will. Combine all of this and you should be able to go home at night in one piece. Stay safe y'all.

I keep it on my phone ring. That's with me more than my keys, and I forget before going thru security.
Btw~ is it Sab-errr or Sab-ray? 'Office' Fans will get that reference but, I really want to know.
So, this Sabre (saying Sab-errr) set is smaller than others, bout 3 female fingers.
It also is a twist lock which I loved, until I discovered the flip top.
Let me explain.
Sabre makes this twist lock one with regular aerosol pepper spray.
THEN, they make one that's a tad larger (4 fingers) with a flip top & pepper gel.
The gel is less likely to back spray on you.
Plus with the flip cap, you just keep your finger slid under the cap & if startled.. Spray,
No thinking required.
The mechanism in This set relies on your quick, detached state of mind to twist for activation.
I prefer hands down, the flip cap gel but, these are a great affordable back up for,
the next time one is confiscated & I have to order another replacement.
Really comes down to your comfort & response level.
Hope this helps.
I've become quite the expert on Sabre sprays as, more than one have been "taken" at events.

Keep this item away from children, goofy teens, and don't pack it in a purse or bag. The locking mechanism slides to the "unlock" position with ease. Children would have no trouble unlocking and spraying themselves or others. My teen fidgets with her keys and ended up touching her lips or face a few times before realizing that having it on her key fob is not a good idea. I have a keyless car fob and keep my keys in my purse. I have no idea how much of the pepper spray is in my purse, but it definitely leaked out. It burns!

I was happy to find these for cheaper than Walmart and 3 for $20 is very convenient. They are very easy to use and after spending five minutes with them and the instruction manual I was able to test them and put them in the places they need to be. I wanted to get one for my car since I drive Uber and had a scary altercation last week so I wanted one to feel safer while driving over nights, but then I saw these for cheaper then the individual ones and got one for my house, one for my car, and one for my gf who just moved into her own place by herself in Pittsburgh. I like these better than onese I've had in the past they are lower profile and more inconspicuous. The locking mechanism is easy and it sprays as advertised (solid stream 10 + feet).
Honestly I hadn't been feeling myself since I had that incident with Uber. But these sprays are actually giving me a little bit of peace of mind and you can't really put a price on that, or the fact that they are worth their weight in gold if you ever actually need them.
Also, mine came with an expiration date of March 2024 which I'm happy with. There's a lot of products that become unreliable past expiration dates and this gives me time, make sure you test yours before hand as per the instructions.
Hopefully I never need them but if I do actually use then I'll be sure to post a review here lol.
