As I sat back in my chair, after reading Dr. Scott's latest book on the UFO Phenomenon: " Sacred Corridors", I simply felt …. WOW!!! Simply, the amount of information that Dr. Scott has collected and uncovered on the Roswell Incident, the evolution of Wright Field to Wright-Patterson (and its connections to the Roswell Incident), the evolution of Project Blue Book and Special Report -14, etc. all lead to a compelling and highly detailed chronology of Government and Private Business connections to the UFO Phenomenon.

"Sacred Corridors" also gives the reader a unique and detailed insight into one of the fields most treasured possessions... Dr. Allen Hynek and his association with Project Blue Book and the eventual creation of CUFOS (Center for UFO Studies) by Dr. Hynek in 1973. Dr. Scott has collected a wealth of 'original' letters and documentation from one of Dr. Hynek's closest friends/assistants... Jennie Zeidman. Reviewing copies of Dr. Hynek's memos and letters that Ms. Zeidman shares with Dr. Scott is simply 'Priceless' when taken in the context of reviewing Dr. Hynek's career and the evolution of his connection with Project Blue Book, the Government cover-up on UFO's and Dr. Hynek's realization of the existence of highly advanced alien interaction with Earth and the need for continued independent scientific studies on this topic.

I was excited to read this book, based on the reviews here. I couldn't get past chapter 3, which was so full of ridiculous supposition about the presence of laboratories, storage areas, and the current purposes of buildings at Wright Patterson AFB -- based entirely on photographs of the building exteriors -- that it was hard to believe a scientist wrote the nonsense. Two of the building photographs were so grainy as to be unusable. The writing is full of repetition and unrelated facts as well. Many better written and more logical books are available. Don't waste your money on this one.

Still Getting Blank Pages

I have purchased the Kindle version of this book three times. Each time I got blank pages, although Amazon kept giving me refunds. However, this problem has not been solved. After this problem persisted with my third purchase, an Amazon rep told me that she could retrieve the entire book on her computer. However, when she tried to download it to her Kindle Fire device, she experienced the same problem with blank pages. This has all the makings of a good conspiracy theory about an Air Force cover-up of this book.

This is the third in a series of three interconnected books from Irene McCammon Scott PhD and all released by Flying Disk Press and a welcome offering it is. This time Dr Scott tells of her visits to Wright Patterson Air Force Base and how she was able to visit sensitive areas not normally accessible by the public. The title, i.e. ‘Sacred Corridors’, refers to the locations she visited in her search for the truth about the UFO phenomenon. The book itself, which is impeccably referenced and contains over 50 pages of pictures and images of original letters by Dr. J. Allen Hynek, is a textbook example of dogged determination in tracking down real information about the likelihood of a concerted cover-up at the highest levels of government by the US authorities. The chapters include information on such fascinating subjects as the semi-legendary Hanger 18, where UFO debris was stored, the existence up secret underground vaults, another look at Project Bluebook, and best of all, a close look at Dr J. Allen Hynek and what he really thought about Project Bluebook, the iconic operation he was tasked with overseeing. It is perhaps telling that the more he saw, the more he realised that this was real. Also fascinating are the insights into the exotic metallic alloys that were allegedly found at the various crash sites, particularly the ‘memory metal’ found at the Roswell crash site and also how serious research into the subject of UFOs was actively discouraged and derailed by the CIA and any useful information either trashed or discredited. One has to ask why? Who Gains...or indeed loses? Hopefully Dr. Scott will continue to keep digging and writing, because the truth does need to be told, great stuff: buy it and learn.

This has to be one of the worst books on the subject that I've ever come across. It is absolutely amateurish in the extreme. Disjointed commentry, mistakes, grammatically, are in abundance; and the editing is laughable with many repetative comments.. It's like it has been written in utter haste and lack of actual interest by a child! Terrible, and totally self-serving in the extreme by an author 'bigging' herself up without just cause. Nothing new to learn here, except about wasting the entrance fee!
