These towels are so big, and plush! I just love their size, the way they feel and look...but the only downside is that they are not as absorbent as I would have liked them to be. My old worn out towel had me feeling warm and dry the moment I put it on. With this towel I feel like it takes a bit longer for me to dry myself off in.

Salbakos makes great towels and wash cloths. Over the years I've purchased Salbakos bath sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. They're soft and durable, soak up a good amount of water and stay in good shape after countless washings. I've used stain removers, chlorine and non-chlorine bleaches in past washings and every time these towels continue to do the job and look good, too. It must be that great Turkish cotton! :)

I've never been to a resort but this towel must be the one they use. I wanted a large and thick bath towel and this one exceeded my expectations. It's a heavy towel and it doesn't shed lint. If you want a big thick towel, this is the one for you and they offer different sizes and colors. This is NOT a thin beach towel. You won't be disappointed and I highly recommend giving this towel a try.

It's everything I've ever dreamt of in a towel.

My towel preferences:
Dries me very quickly with little effort, and gets me COMPLETELY dry. Check!
Extra large. It's 40x80 which is as large as I've found online. I think I might like a 45x90 version but 40x80 is awesome, and I'm not SURE 45x90 would be better. Might be TOO big. Check!
Leaves no trace of lint. Not even a hint. Check!
Feels soft but not so plush/fluffy that it feels like it's clinging to you as you move it over your skin. Check!
Did I mention it dries you QUICKLY and COMPLETELY. If efficiency is important to you, get this one.

I love this towel so much that I almost make up reasons to use it. I legitimately look forward to toweling off after swimming, it's that good. Does that sound ridiculous? Yes... but it's true.

I'm here writing a review because I'm finally buying one for my wife.

My only wish is that there were more colors. There are other 40x80 options on Amazon but I'm afraid they won't be exactly the same, and they all have 650GSM instead of 700GSM. There is nothing that could be made better about this towel, and any changes could only make it worse, so I'm here coughing up the extra $10 for the PERFECT towel rather than taking any chances.
