This is a very good book on the SEALs and their experience in the Vietnam war. There are many outstanding photos and plenty of information about the various missions in which they participated in. You get to see the men up close along with their equipment. You get familiar with the territories in which they commonly operated in. How they earned their reputation as "the men with green faces". The SEALs performed very well in a war that was lost politically. --By DRB -

I was wondering for quite some time whether SEALs were present in the Vietnam War, and now I see they were; in fact, they were in Vietnam as far back as 1962. I haven't finished the book, but am enjoying it. I've noticed misspellings in the book, but the content makes sense, and again, the photos say a lot. --By James A. Traynor
