Read this book from top to bottom, and I'm happy to say you don't needto have any technical skills to understand and implement what these 70tips give you. It's laid out in a nice format, it's easy to findeverything you are looking for. Reads very smoothly. When you firststart to read the book, you'll realize how important it is to implementthese tips into your own company and your clients company as wellbecause of the amazing information this book as to offer. My favoritechapter is CHAPTER 29: Unclutter your home page - it's very easy to getwrapped up in having a ton of information on the homepage of yourwebsite. I also love the chapter that showed how to use 'triggers' toget more people to click on the CTA button. That chapter alone is worththe read.
