Got these to store marijuana joints and they are perfect. All tubes were in perfect condition, the caps fit perfectly and provide a solid water-tight seal. They are long enough to hold a joint made with a 110mm long cone (1.5 gram) and there's room to spare. Don't know what I'm supposed to put to rate "sheerness," but it's probably a mangled Chinese translation for another word like "compact."
After spending way too much time comparing different doob tubes, I'd have to say these are the best bang for the buck (or Yuan, as the case may be).
