Effective. WAY smaller than it looks.

I had been searching for a white matte eyeshadow to use underneath my basic powder to countershade dark circles under my eyes for a while, and this was just the thing. The fact that the back of the container says "shimmer" threw me for a loop momentarily, but the powder is in fact matte. Weirdly enough, the back of the container in the picture reads very differently from what I recieved, which to reiterate, says "Shimmer", even though it's not shiny.

It's a lot tinier than I had been anticipating! The photo on the product page does not give an accurate size impression at all, I had been thinking it would be about the size of a face powder compress! The shipping container for the product was also rediculously huge to a point that was just plain silly.

This does such a good job contrasting dark circles under my eyes that I don't even need the face powder over it, I just need to smudge the edges into my skin with my finger a little. No more purple taint under my eyes. But the fact that it smears so easily makes me think it won't last all day by itself.

Overall, I'm fairly pleased with this.

The product itself is easy to blend and not chunky. The color is pretty but it pretty match my skin color or maybe it is too light I am not sure so I didn't really noticed the difference when I put it on. It does make a good transition shade but I wish it was more pigmented because I feel like it is lacking of.

Belladona color - has nothing to do with emerald green shade, it's more dark grey, blakish? The quality and lasting power of Shany matte eye shadow (i used primer wnw) is awesome, the picture was taken after wearing the eye shadow for 12 hrs. I am a bit disappointed with the color selection :( will probably return, can't use such a dark color.

I am always looking for a good matte white eyeshadow, but usually if I do find a matte white it doesn't last or go on with an intense white. This one, though, is perfect. Doesn't fade away, even after 8 hours, and is a very opaque white, shows up and is just beautiful. I highly recommend.
