The Sharptemp-V Veterinary Thermometer is a versatile digital thermometer built rugged enough for heavy- duty use on-farm, in the stable, at the veterinary clinic and at home. The long, slender probe is ideally suited for livestock and companion animals. The 8 to 10-second read time and large display with bold digits makes taking animal temperatures fast, convenient and accurate. The thermometer stops blinking and beeps loudly when a stable, accurate temperature is reached. Auto-shut-off after 9 minutes helps preserve battery life. The thermometer nicely fits in a pocket and is comfortable to hold. The Sharptemp veterinary thermometer measures body temperature from 90 °F to 107°F and has an accuracy of +/- 0.1 F°. Normal temperatures for common animals and livestock are printed on back for convenient reference. The Sharptemp-V is powered by a common user-replaceable LR44 lithium battery (included). The high-quality stainless-steel probe is 3/16” (5mm) diameter and featured a rounded, blunt tip for safe, comfortable insertion. A hard-plastic, friction-fit probe cover slides on and off with ease while preventing damage during storage.
