I chose this cover based on the prior Amazon reviews.Material: it’s plastic and pliable, reminds me of a faux leather jacket. The Traeger cover(see photo) has a more cloth-like external feeling w plastic lining but costs more.Fit: perfect. Tapered to fit the chimney and the wood pellet box. The zipper is on the right/chimney side (compared w the left side zipper on the Traeger cover) and there’s a cinch strap on the bottom left to further secure it (see photos).Durability: time will tell. The Traeger cover lasted about 2 years before developing a tear, not durable. I kept a heavy duty Home Depot plastic tarp over it for 2 years thereafter. Note: it doesn’t snow here and the temperatures are usually mild without much rain.

Very happy with this purchase!!

I’m not much for reviews but I had to take a minute to post this one. Seems like very good quality, it has a zipper and an elastic adjustable cord so it stays tight on the unit. It fits really well. It came with an awesome smoking chart magnet. It also came with a grill wire brush. Not to mention, that the same came in less than 24 hours. If this thing lasts six months it will Already have payed itself off!
