Indications

Cures most athlete’s foot (tinea pedis). Cures most jock itch (tinea cruris) and ringworm (tinea corporis). Relieves itching, burning, cracking and scaling which accompany these conditions.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Terbinafine HCl (topical antifungal). Inactive ingredients: benzyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, polysorbate 60, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitan monostearate, stearyl alcohol.

Directions

For adults and children 12 years and older. Use tip of the cap to break seal and open the tube. Wash affected skin with soap and water and dry completely before applying. For athlete's foot, wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes. Change shoes and socks at least once daily. Between the toes only: apply twice a day (morning and night) for 1 week or as directed by a doctor. On the bottom or sides of the foot: apply twice a day (morning and night) for 2 weeks or as directed by a doctor. For jock itch and ringworm: apply once a day (morning or night) for 1 week or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands after each use. For children under 12 years, ask a doctor.

I like how it's a cream, but with a bit of exactly what it's called Silka/Silky smoothness, it's like a silky oil but dries right after it obsorbs, no odor except a clean smell, the silkiness allows to use less than a regular cream, so use it sparingly a little goes a long way, and apply on toe nails also, I use HC Max first, it's like a wet gel antifungal ointment, allowing it to dry, then apply the Silka, there's something about using both that heals the skin on your feet, if you have cracked heels it cures that also, I only found these 2 products out of a drawer full of others to use, and I have only bought the 2 for the past 2/3 years, I continue to use it because if the fungus is bad which mine was, it's very likely pills are needed to completely cure it, mine using these doesn't itch, or crack, I actually can wear backless Crocs without being embarrassed ☺️ apply after showering or bathing, I shower at nighttime so I use Vaseline on my other foot, and lightly on treated foot and wear socks after. Oh and both a little goes a long way.
