I have emailed and waited on the phone for 10 minutes. mine started leaking oil on third use. I'm not sure what to do. tried contacting a manager in the company from a previous post but no reply. stick with a local store that you could return to. Waiting to see if "Zac" will put his "canned" response after my review like he did after every other 1 star review. Ha what a joke. He hasn't responded in over 3 months after I tried to contact him.
So now I just got it back after taking it to an "authorized" service center 1.5 hrs away and after a new pump the same oil is leaking everywhere. I am not sure what amazon can do for me but look elsewhere.

I chose this model because of the 200cc Honda engine and the triplex pump. It appears to be a nicely built combo. When the unit arrived and I assembled it I noticed that the handle/tray sat much lower than shown in all of the photos both here on Amazon and on Simpsons web site. I also noticed that my triplex pump came with a CAST aluminum pump head and not a brass head as shown in photos and as described in the equipment info. I reached out to Simpson a few days ago to address these two concerns and they are yet to get back to me with any answers. I decided to go ahead and use the pressure washer last night to wash my truck. Fired right up in the first pull and the pressure on this beast is awesome! RPMs occasionally would ramp up and down when I would release the gun but I dont think its anything to be concerned about. Engine seems to run well and the pressure this thing puts out is incredible. Now if Simpson would actually get back to a customer about concerns of me not getting a brass pump head and trying to see if they have a resolution to the handle and tray sitting so low (the wand wont even stay in the tray because of the height). Compare my photo to theirs. There is no way to adjust the height of the handle so I am curious what happened here. Some response from Simpson would be nice. A week later and multiple attempts to get an answer...still no luck getting a response back from Simpson.
