We had this subwoofer for less than a month, and it simply stopped working - we might have used it twice. It won't even power up. My reason for a poor review (besides the obvious): for some reason, Amazon considers it a hazardous item, so we are unable to return it or get it replaced. Now, we are left to deal with Sonos directly and hope they take care of the issue. We have other Sonos products and have been pleased, so maybe this one was just a dud, but it would be nice if Amazon would take care of this issue rather than passing the buck and making us deal with the manufacturer. Had I known this would be an issue, I would have bought directly from Sonos.
UPDATE: Fortunately, while I was still disappointed that Amazon did not handle this issue directly, Sonos was more than helpful in handling the return and replacement process. The new subwoofer has been just fine for the past year. Next time we by a Sonos product, we'll just purchase directly from the company.
