Update: there is a tear in the fake leather on the bottom of the boot I can’t beliwve these boots I wanted them to be as great as I heard they were. Now I’m passed the return date and are stuck with a very expensive pair of useless boots
I'll also note that they would fit a larger calf too - depending on how you lace them up, but may not be great for really wide feet as the rubber part where your foot sits is not as wide as other boots.
They are cute and warm. I took a two mile walk in them the day I got them and my feet were sweating (51 degrees out) but no blisters or discomfort. I have actually been wearing them around the house - they are that comfortable. They aren't super soft on the inside like Uggs or anything - but I have had no discomfort and you could get a little insert if you want extra cushion.
The only thing is that I wish the laces were a little longer - they are not long enough to wrap around the ankle or calf area (They are about 60") but I ordered some other ones for about $8 and they are 72" - so that's not a problem.
They did arrive several days later than promised even though they upgraded my shipping to overnight so if you need them quickly, you may want to contact the seller to be sure they will arrive on time. I was told Zappos ships them to Amazon who then ships them to me so it delays the arrival.
I haven't worn actual winter boots since I was a kid so I'm guessing it will just take some getting used to.
