lighter weight - seems to be hollow tubes
larger diameter internal extension (the collapsible part is bigger than the elago, makes it more comfortable to use when extended)
the paint is a tough textured material - good grip
longer than the elago - just about right for standard pen holding position
slightly smaller tip
squishy tip - i didnt like the feel of this tip
responsiveness is good,, but you will bottom out the rubber tip often which i think will make it wear out
heavier/sturdier/stronger materials - seems to be solid pieces
c-clip retention for extendable part
smooth hard satin/matte paint, no problems with grip
the cap seems to hold a little more positively
shorter than the kuel - on the verge of being too short to use in the standard pen holding position
stiffer (better) rubber tip - also slightly larger tip
good responsiveness (they are about the same )
both are good and plenty usable, depends on your preference in the looks, the tip, the length, and the weight... personally i think the elago looks better, overall they are both very good for what they are...
NOTE: the tips on these two mentioned are smaller than the standard sized rubber tips (smaller than boxwave/griffin, and even slightly smaller than the bamboo stylus) but the tips on those are better quality.

The Kuel H10, is a capacitive touch stylus manufactured by the company Spigen (www.spigen.com), comes in a small package cardboard and transparent plastic, with product descriptions and instructions on how to use the 3.5mm plug to arrest it to any input headset, printed on the back of the pack. It is necessary scissors or a utility knife to open the package.
Compact and lightweight, with only 6.35 cm long, it can be extended to 10.41 cm pulling its back. Accompanied by a cover, which protects its tip stylus when not in use. In this cover, there is a 3.5 mm plug attached by a line that allows you to attach the pen to any input device with 3.5mm headphone jack. His body made of lightweight material and its coating allows use with firmness and for prolonged periods. However his coat began to peel after a few months.
With its small stylus tip 6mm diameter, enables greater precision than most styluses 7 or 8 mm, glides smoothly on the screen and allowing better visual field. However, the Kuel H10 worked only smartphone "Motorola Atrix TV" between smartphones and tablets Motorola Defy Philco TAB200PR Acer A200 and I tested all with Android system.
Although only have worked in the smartphone "Atrix TV" from Motorola. Your use of the 4-inch screen was very smooth, gliding over the screen easily creating traces and forming figures in art programs I tested. But should consider that this stylus pen is designed for use on the Iphone and Ipad.
However, the cap is not terribly secure, and the pin that goes in the headphone socket doesn't hold on securely either. Both have just fallen off when the stylus is out of use. (The pin seemed secure when I first put it in, but now it doesn't "snap" at all, even though we don't take it out often.)
The most convenient part is that it comes with a small black piece that attaches to the cap. When I'm not using the stylus or if I don't want to hold on to the cap, the black piece fits inside the headphone jack and let's the stylus dangle from the iPad.
I would definetally recommend this as a first stylus. It's not very expensive and it makes sketching so much easier and faster.
