I recently found out I was a diabetic and was referred by a friend to try this out. When I first opened bag I noticed it looked and felt just like real sugar but the real test was in the taste. After making peach cobbler for my family NO ONE knew it was made without real sugar!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to eat less sugar but not wanting to miss out on sweets!!

I'm trying to move towards using more allulose, but I prefer a blend as allulose isn't as sweet as sugar. This reduces the amount of erythritol since that has become a questionable sweetener. This has worked well in baked goods and tastes great. The price is better than many similar products.

This stuff bakes just like sugar. And it doesn’t have a funny aftertaste and also doesn’t have the “cooling” effect that erythritol can have. I used a half-to-one ratio of Magic Baker to sugar and my baked goods were plenty sweet. The reason for 4 stars, though, is because allulose makes me ridiculously thirsty!! I’ve tried other brands with allulose and same thing, I really thirsty after consuming it! However, I still recommend this product for a good sugar substitute.

The brand Splenda has been around for a good while but continues to come out with new products and newer ways to use them. I bought this Magic Baker Zero Sugar specifically for baking and it works pretty well! It measures cup for cup as you would use regular sugar so it's easy to use. I do notice a slight aftertaste however I'm kind of sensitive towards sugar substitutes, even plant base brands. I would recommend this product for use in baking. I'm happy with it!

The same 1 lb cost in my local supermarket $7.99, and $6.98 at walmart.
