Painted on two coats (after coat number one dried) and then waited for rain. No leaks! Product does not have a toxic odor and easy soap and water clean up of me, my hands, my face (don't ask) and the paintbrush. BUY IT! ITS GOOOOOD

I don’t know what the vehicle is in this compound but smells similar to paint thinner. The smell lingers for days. Water proof; yes for less than a year. UV resistant; yes, for less than a year. Price; is okay for how well it works. I use it a gallon at a time using a pressure sprayer. Have used for a number of years. There are other products that are less and more expensive. A gallon plus to spray the items in photos I attached. Saturating the fabric gives best results.
