    I'm thrilled that these films are finally seeing 4K treatment. The TMP Director's Edition is also being prepped for 4K, and I'll be picking that up as well. For those people that are upset that the other films aren't included in this set, please remember that this is a very expensive process, and that Paramount is releasing them as they get them. If you want to see more, vote with your wallet, and buy these releases as they come out.

    If these sets aren't purchased, then we won't see more releases such as DS9 and Voyager in HD. People wanted to wait on TNG because of cost/packaging/whatever, and because of that CBS lost money on the project. The only way they will release what we want is for us to purchase these things as they come out.

    The movies look fantastic in 4K, and I highly recommend picking them up! It's well worth the money if you're a fan. If you're on the fence at all, pull the trigger and get these films in. You won't be disappointed!

The 4K made these original three movies - vibrant and exciting to again watch - in my many times. My only regret is that Paramount only included 3 out of the 5 original movies. I realize that the last two movies did not do as well in the movie houses - However if the other 2 movies are made (and I really hope so) they will be quickly in my collection of 4k movies
