This book really opened my eyes on how our "Stupid Hormones" really affect weightloss. At first I found myself getting defensive but realized this was written to help me, not point a finger at people like me who have tried and failed so much over the years by eating and doing what you thought might be right.
Thank you for opening my eyes. I highly recommend this book especially if you have struggled like so many of us have.
In reality, if you want to attain permanent weight loss, you MUST fix your hormones! This book does not offer sugar-coated solutions. In fact, you may not like the solutions that are offered because they are not easy. BUT, good health and permanent weight loss are worth the sacrifice and effort!!!
If you want the knowledge of how to have permanent weight loss, then please buy the book! You won't find this information many places, so take advantage of Jennifer Jolan's research and passion to share truth with you!!
I was glad to find that Jennifer had tackled this topic. I knew that I wouldn't have to wade through hours of boring reports and that after a succinct explanation of which hormones were relevant to being trim and in shape, I'd get some solid advice about what to do to get my hormones right for maximum weightloss.
I wasn't disappointed. If you want to know how your hormones impact your weightloss, if you want to know how you can keep your hormones operating correctly to be healthy, and if you want a strategy for maintaining healthy hormone levels thoughout your life, this book is for you.
Jennifer gives you solid information that's easy to assimilate and easy to put to use.
This book had a lot of interesting information. Some of it I agreed with and some I did not. I am a vegetarian and it seems Jennifer is against being a vegetarian. Still I was able to pull some useful tips from the book that I plan to add to my diet.
