The material used in this compression shirt is thick, cool to the touch, and feels great. Quality and stitching are top notch, also. I bought this compression shirt to wear under my gi while training jiu jitsu, mostly for the sweat-wicking and body-cooling properties. I can say that, not only is it great at wicking sweat away and keeping me cool, but it also fits very snugly to the point where I forget I'm wearing it! It's like a glove for my body. I like that they offer several colors, however I went with black just to contrast with my white gi. Might get more adventurous with the colors later on as I buy more of these (yes, I already want more).
I'm 5'7'' @ 130lbs, pretty slim, but fit guy, and I ordered a medium based on the other reviews here saying to order a size up (I normally wear size S t-shirts). It fits nicely, although the compression is tighter is certain areas. For example, the compression on my biceps is more noticeable than the compression on my oblique/rib area. The medium is not loose on me, by any sense of the word, however I *think* that I could go with a S if I wanted some serious compression.
My advice for those wondering about what size to go with would be this
- If you want *a lot* of compression, order your normal t-shirt size.
- If you want a moderate amount of compression, order one size up from your t-shirt size.
- If you want a loose fit (I don't know why you'd want this), order two sizes up from your t-shirt size.
I would probably adjust this scale one size up on all my recommendations if you're a particularly bulky/thick person, as I'm fairly slim.Read more ›
I was able to use them for the first time today and I am very happy with them. This is significantly better than what I used to wear. The leggings are great under goalie pads - they allow the pads to rotate freely.
The DUAL allowed me to breath even though the ice conditions are cold. Would certainly recommend based on my initial use.
I am 6'2" approximately 200 lbs - the large was the right size to order. The shirt is a bit difficult to get on and off, but it was comfortable once on.

The sizing runs EXTREMELY small. I'm 6'1", 190 lbs and wear a large t-shirt. I ordered the x-large after reading other reviews and it was way too small, to the point of being... Read morePublished 19 days ago by William C
My son loves these shirts for exercise and sports. He says they keep him cool and look great. I wash them with cold water, no fabric softener and hang them to dry. Read morePublished 24 days ago by JillieBean08

Great quality at a great price. Color bleeds like crazy even when hand-washed, but that's true of every synthetic-fabric piece I own.Published 1 month ago by Henrique Scheffer
I used to buy Under Armour compression shirts, but when I saw Sub Sports' compression shirts cost HALF of Under Armour, I decided to try Sub. I love them! Read morePublished 1 month ago by Jeffrey Helberg
