I absolutely love this spice rack! I moved to a new place that has less cabinet space, so I've opted to keep my spices on the counter. Spice Island, Whole foods 365, Badia & Frontier Co-op spices fit well in these, most with none leftover. Rubbed sage & thyme didn't transfer as well because they "fluffed" a bit as I was transferring them. Meaning they were not as tightly packed as it was in the original container. The kit comes with a wide variety of labels from all cuisines. It was very detailed: ex. in categories like cinnamon & curry it included multiple varieties. I took off one star because my first set came with a bent frame & my second set came with one chipped bottle.
Cons:
Some spices stick to the silicone funnel.
Tips:
1. Sort your original spice bottles in alphabetical order before you begin.
2. Label each spice AFTER you put on the lid. (I did it before screwing on and each one was facing a different direction when I placed them on the rack).
3. If using the provided funnel, do similar colors/ flavor profiles consecutively. Ex: sage, thyme, oregano, parsley, Italian seasoning, rosemary, so that you won't have to clean the funnel between each bottle. You wouldn't want your sesame seeds to taste like curry :)
