I love this vacuum! The original vacuum I received spoke German instead of English and when I contacted the company they quickly replaced it with an English speaking vacuum without any trouble. Their customer service was great! I have now been running my vacuum daily and it does a great job. We have a sunken living room and a stairway that it easily detects and has no issues going right to the edge without falling over. We also have a large, fluffy dog and it does not seem to have any trouble with all the dog hair. I clean out the canister daily & the brush every few days, but this is standard for me on any vacuum because of the dog hair. I also love the app. I can leave while the vacuum is running and monitor the battery life while away to know when to send it home to charge without even being there. I am loving this vacuum and the fact that my house is now being vacuumed daily instead of whenever I can find the time.

And it has done an amazing job learning our house and picking up all that dog hair. Haven't picked up the broom in days.

Setup was a little tricky. Make sure you don't try to connect it to your 5g network. It has to be on the 2g(or whatever the lesser one is.) To connect to Alexa you will need to download a skill for her called "smart home" after that just say "Alexa, run my vacuum" and watch all the crumbs dissappear.

When my family got a roomba without a camera only to return it after a week for a camera equipped model, I was hesitant to buy this. However, after looking at a bunch of robot vacuums under $100, I decided to take a chance on this one. I could not be more thrilled with how well it performs. It has very strong suction that was critical for me as we have 2 cats and a dog in a small space. The auto mode moves it intelligently across our entire first floor. And finally I’m the battery life is fantastic! It runs for about an hour even on “strong” suction mode which is perfect for our space.
