Note

To transfer audio, you must connect the adapter to the audio device with a 3.5mm audio cable.
In addition to power supply, USB can also transmit audio when directly plugged into the computer, which will be recognized as a speaker.However, the adapter will not be recognized by the computer when transferring audio with a 3.5mm audio cable.
Just can transmit audio, not files.
The volume can only be adjusted through the music player, not the computer system. When using 3.5mm audio cable to connect PC(projector, CD player, etc.), you can adjust the system volume.
A single adapter cannot transmit and receive signals at the same time, only as a separate receiver or transmitter.
No built-in microphone and phone calls are not supported.
Only one device can be connected at a time.
When pairing with Bluetooth headphone/speaker, turn off Bluetooth of nearby Bluetooth devices to avoid affecting pairing.
When using, please make sure that the USB interface is inserted into the deepest place.
When used on PC, if the prompt 'Unable to identify the device' is displayed, this means that the USB interface is not inserted properly.

No Driver Required

1. Transmitter Mode (TX)

Wireless transfer audio from your non-Bluetooth media devices (such as TV, CD/DVD player) to your Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers via audio cable.

2. PC Audio Transmitter Mode

Wireless transfer audio from your PC to Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker through USB port, no audio cable is required.

I plugged this into a usb port for power and plugged the included cord into the audio output jack of my TV. Now others can watch TV at normal volume and I can listen with my adjustable volume bluetooth headset.

This product has a switch that allows it to transmit (that's how I'm using it) or receive.

The only issue I've had is the necessity to turn the headset on twice (on, off, on) to hear the audio. Each time I turn the headset on it says it is connected but no audio the first time.
I have checked to be certain I don't have any other bluetooth items on but with no display on this product or the headset I can't see what else I may be connecting to.
It's not really a problem but thought I'd share that info in case someone else has the same issue.

Update: I was initially using a version of this which had no tactile switch to change modes. I didn’t think it was a big deal until I realized that every time I’d restart my car it would go back and forth from RX to TX. However, this Bluetooth receiver offers the switch and it works flawlessly. Every time I start the car it pairs right up. The paring itself is also quite fast. I find that it will take about 2-3 seconds to pair. The only negative would be that the voice which sounds off every time it’s turned on or powered off is quite annoying, it sounds bad and it’s a strange pitch. Other than that though, it’s a really great product so far. I’d love to post an extended review with videos and pictures if this company would like me to.

After using this product for awhile longer, I can say that I really do think it’s worth the money. It works great but I had to take off a star for one minor annoyance. Every once in awhile the unit likes to cut in and out and crackle until I disconnect and reconnect. It’s not a big deal and takes a max of 20 seconds to fix but it is quite annoying.

Iphone to car radio Works great for music. Does NOT work for any kind of phone calls.

If you are looking for something to play music or podcasts to an old car radio this is great and works perfect. But for some reason The iphone will not send audio phone calls to the car. However, using a wired audio cable does work fine with phone calls. I suspect the iphone is searching for a microphone in the bluetooth device and not finding it and so it does not send the sound to the car. Using an audio cable directo to the aux on the radio i can listen to with car radio and use the microphone on the iphone. So it just depends what you want to use it for. I was hoping it would send all audio through bluetooth but nope.... This statement / claim in the product information is false. The PC does not detect any sort of device.... Wish there was more control over the pairing

like with a button/reset. This transmitter/receiver constantly tries to pair with devices even when you've gotten something paired. It's annoying because a pair of earphones that I have connected fine to my phone (which I've unpaired to connect with this) have to be paired/connected a few times when using with this T/R for the tv.
I think that connection issue is a lot to do with that this device constantly tries to pair with any device in range so it doesn't remember the last paired device.

I also have to turn off BT on my other headphones when it's in the same room and trying to use this.

Range is average .. don't expect anything super from it.

I use this on my Honda Accord 2007 and it does the trick converting aux to Bluetooth saves me the hassle of buying an FM transmitter, however I'd like to point out that the sound quality is no where near as good as stock radio, I have to maximize the sound on my phone to hear sound properly while driving. It does work as advertised though, just not that great of an experience. Buy it if you know what you're getting into. If you can wait, buy it when it's on a discount.

Not a simple bluetooth adapter.

I bought this thing figuring it was a simple PNP Bluetooth adapter. It's not. The instructions say that the drivers are easily installed. They are not. No matter what I tried I could not get the comp to recognize the device. It only registered as a dongle, which did nothing. The software is crapware that does everything but read the device. There are other bluetooth adapters that work automatically and are half the price. Choose wisely.

One last thing. When you return it (as I did) they WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. They will immediately send you a second device and force you to send back the first one back. And of course the second device will not work either as the problem is with the crapware drivers. I ate the 12 dollars.

I have a vehicle w/ aux input and wanted to connect my iPhone using Bluetooth (not using an aux cable) and without using a FM transmitter. This device works like a charm. I set the device on RX and plug one of the 2 included cables into the RX port and the aux input port on the car. And I plug the device into a USB charger which is plugged into a cigarette lighter adapter. Bluetooth connection is done just one-time on my phone; subsequent connection to my phone happens automatically everytime I start the car (which powers the device). Sound quality is great. Highly recommended.

Connected easily. Stable connection and sound quality is good.
Tested on computer and television and worked as advertised with both.
NOTE - If you're receiving a lot of noise with the audio try powering the device from a USB power source other than your TV as some TV USB ports can introduce an intolerable amount of noise; I used a phone charger and it worked flawlessly (see picture). Just plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the 'TX' input of the device and the other end into your tv's 3.5mm aux/audio out, plug the device into a USB power source and switch it to TX (if it flashes blue you're on RX) then turn on your wireless headphones. When it stops flashing, you're connected.
