Then it happened.
The stench was overwhelming. Biohazard suits were considered. Febreze wouldn't help. It was the poopy diaper to end all poopy diapers. And no one wanted to open that package.
And then...we saw the "Wheel of Responsibility." With a simple flick of the finger, it was decided, ending all arguments, contract negotiations, promises to "do it next time," and "I did it last time." I liked it so much that as my children got older, I created my own wheel for them.
As I was looking through the book to see what "tips" were added, fresh out of the Amazon box, imagine my surprise when I found the middle pages STUCK TOGETHER. Not slightly like with a tiny bit of glue, but VERY stuck. I attempted to carefully and slowly pry the pages apart with the flattest object I could find, and the pages couldn't be saved. Mind you, the pages aren't thin paper; this is a board book. It's as if someone spilled a couple of tablespoons of glue down the middle! Love the content, but very disappointed in the packaging. The baby shower is tomorrow. Looks like I'm going to have to find this in a brick-and-mortar and ask Amazon for a refund. Boo!
