The backstories are strikingly real and humorous, reminiscent of characters and situations portrayed on television series such as The Office and 30 Rock...
Smart dialogue, concise description, a little romance and humor, creating a highly readable story that has a lot to say about the modern-day workplace...
Delivers valuable insight for employers and workers from the boardroom to the copy room...
A brilliant evocation of life behind the walls of the American corporation.

at many large organizations. Mr. Ward's narrative flows smoothly and believably throughout the book. The characters came alive and I felt their emotional pain and suffering, caused by the maladjusted
power driven CEO. The dehumanizing effect of many corporatations saddens me, but this author has the ability to tell this story both in a humorous and poignant way. I LOVED THIS BOOK!!!!
Harmon and Riley are characters that grab the reader from beginning to end. The ride is filled with gut wrenching tension and moments of heart warming tenderness. I love this book. Great novel!
As a former corporate executive I strongly relate to the personal relationships and dynamics so aptly described
by Mr Ward. Excellent insights into the ambitions of the key characters . Also a unique and satisfying love
Highly recommended. A page turner !
