Just bought this for my daughter to begin exploring the potty training process. She picked it out since she loves doggies! Don't let the cute design fool you. I will be taking this back to the store. First, it is very unstable. The lid is rather top heavy and just a little bit of pushing on the lid will tip it backwards. In the 10-minutes my daughter was exploring her new potty, she pinched her fingers as the lid slammed down. Also, the actual opening where you go potty looks rather small. My daughter, who is a normal size for an 18-month old, looks to be too big already when she sits down. I would hate to see her use this and see pee go all over the place cause the pot is too small. I am most likely going to get the Fisher Price Frog potty when I return this since it's overall design and simplicity will work much better for our little explorer. Happy Potty Trails everyone!

I actually bought this at Wal-mart. But I learned you get what you pay for every time. It is cute, so cute that my son thinks it's a toy, not a potty. When he sits on it, there is not enough clearance and it squishes his privates. I think I am going to upgrade to the prince lionheart potty, when I seriously start the potty training.

My daughter immediately ran up to this potty and wanted to play with it. She picked it up, the lid lifted, and it pinched two of her fingers. It also is very unsteady and would tip easily. We aren't even going to use it - one minute of just checking it out, and I'm going to return it.

Used this for both my girls potty training. Like that it's fairly portable and easy to clean. Two bad points are that the lid doesn't go far enough back and sometimes hits the child's back and it is not very stable if it is open and no one is sitting on it, it may tip over.
