So far these have held up, although they haven't been in use very long by me. As far as I can tell none of the eyes have chips or dents or anything like some of the other reviewers, and all of mine still have their posts. Although I agree that some are tight fits in their compartments.I did not count the backs to make sure they're all there, but all the eyes are. Some of the eyes still have a little bit of flash on them that I'll have to try and file down at some point.My biggest annoyance is that the sizes aren't labeled so I went through and measured them myself and labeled the box so I don't have to guess if I'm in a hurry. If your box is laid out the same (and I assume it would be) you can label you box the same as mine. I hope that helps!
