Katy Tackes - Author, Each Time She Wakes
From the Author
What first comes to mind here is a quote from Hemingway's, The Green Hills of Africa, wherein he and a German hunter are discussing literature. Hemingway remarks:
"The kind of writing that can be done. How far prose can be carried if anyone is serious enough and has luck. There is a fourth and fifth dimension that can be gotten."
Something else also comes to mind; the first verse of a poem by Henry Wordsworth Longfellow -A Psalm of Life.
Tell me not, in mournful numbers
Life is but an empty dream ---
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
And things are not what they seem.
These short quotes express more precisely than he the thoughts of the author. His only comment would be to offer a warning for the book: "This book comes with a serious caveat. The target reader will be someone with a mind having the capacity for extreme stretching. In sum, the risk involved is nothing less than the complete dissolution of one's current lifestyle."
In the reading of this book, these comments should come home to the reader.
This book is an example of the Experimental Fiction, which might be called the New Age Hybrid story, which adds some non-fiction and historical facts to the fiction. The author disclaims and accepts no credit for the Ancient Wisdom concepts discussed in the lectures since in one form or another they have been available to humanity for thousands of years. He assumes responsibility for the chosen TS book references cited, the selections of lecture material from the vast ocean of Ancient Wisdom concepts available to humanity presented here, and their order of arrangement in the book.
