I left the review below the first time I bought these. The second time the entire case was so stale that it was impossible to bite into the nuts without fear of losing a tooth. After trying a few packs just to make sure it was not a random thing (because they tend to be hard to begin with) I am not sure whether I can recommend them. I think I may stick to buying at full price somewhere I know sells them quicker so they stay fresher.

...These are really, really good, so good that after I bought at a local gourmet food shop (and probably grossly overpaid) I had to seek out online and in bulk. The snack size is great, because I am always looking for something I can grab that's not a snack bar - just real food. Yes they are salted, so if that is a huge issue they may not be for you, but it is not overwhelming. One thing that's important to mention is for some reason they seem extra roasted and although that makes them very fresh and crunchy, it also seems to make them rather hard. Careful. Other than that, great!

These are delicious. SERIOUSLY. I mean, so much that I could end the review here and I would feel satisfied.

There are three basic flavors to this that surprisingly work so well together. The box has eighteen 1.5oz snack packages. While I wish they were 2oz, it really is a nice size to cure the snack hunger.

The only con I would give to theses is the packaging. There is a little cut at the top that makes it easy to open them. You are supposed to pull down vertically and then toward the edge, which will take out the corner. Unfortunately, if you do it right, the hole isn't big enough for the nuts to come out. If you do it wrong you make a hire hole down the whole side and have the pack falls all over the place.

But seriously, this is such a minor issue that you just need to be a little careful before you just rip the pack open. And in no way would I say this affects my review of this as a whole.

About the quantity. While I would like a little more, I have really found that it is a very convenient size package to carry around. They slip nicely into any type of bag or pocket and can be eaten with out getting your hand all sticky or crumbs everywhere.

The other benefit these have is they are a much healthier option then candy, cookies, chips, etc. Even better though, when you eat them you never feel like you are just eating nuts. They really taste like a premium treat. While different people may have different opinions about if these are a "healthy" snack, I am stating that they are a better choice then a bag of chips or candy.

Lastly the price. Currently, Amazon sells them for about $22 for a box of 18. This works out to about $1.20 per pack. This isn't bad if you think of what they are and compare them to something like M&Ms...Read more ›

This size isn't as tasty as the larger bag. For some reason these snack packs have whole almonds and the larger bag has cut almonds. The flavor distribution is better with the slivered almonds. But I have to say this is like crack! They taste so amazing. My only regret is letting my husband taste them, now I need to have a secret stash so he doesn't eat them all!!!!!

I love the combination of flavors and textures in this snack. The almonds are crunchy and delicious, with big sea salt crystals for a burst of salty flavor. The honey that coats the almonds provides a sweet contrast, and the sweet/tart cranberries add a nice chewy component to the mix. These 1.5 ounce packs are perfect for portion control, and the fat, protein, and bit of fiber make them more satisfying than most snack foods. My only complaint is that there are not enough cranberries in the mix. Sometimes I eat an entire pack without finding any cranberries until I get to the bottom and find a couple of little red lumps. Not a major complaint, but I'd like more of that fruity flavor.

These taste great but this is not a "healthy" snack. They are *loaded* with sugar. Sugar, Organic Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar, Caramelized Sugar Syrup, Honey, and Tapioca Syrup are all in the ingredients.

Delicious! I have loved pretty much all the Sahale Snacks varieties I've tried, and this is a great more basic one (without added flavors). The combination of sweet/salty and crunchy/chewy is great!
