The relays also have diodes across the relays to prevent high voltage spikes when the relays have power removed, so while this isn't specified in the package info, it's nice to see them installed.
The only issue I've run into was due to my own stupidity, I drug +12volts across the PCB and blew out 2 of the LED indicator lamps. While they no longer work, the relays work perfectly.
Having issues using with Arduino UNO R3 causing SIO lockups.
Have wired it both ways, Isolated power and Arduino powered, either way, relay activation causes the SIO port to lockup requiring Arduino to be rebooted.

Absolutely love it! Its been on/off since I bought it and (knock on the wood) its working fine!! Very impressive.
I was happy with everything about the board. It worked just fine, looks like good quality workmanship coming from the SainSmart company which I understand is a "knockoff" maker of Arduino shields in China. I was able to use the board to successfully switch 120Vac to a bedroom lamp by cutting one of the cord's leads and wiring each end to the relay's output.
I would not recommend using more than +5v to power the relays because when I used +9v, the relay closed and would not open when the trigger signal was switched LOW.
I plan on buying more of the relays present on this board for discrete applications in my home automation project.
